Do the customer need to sell their cryptocurrency or it can be directly use to purchase something?

If you have 1btc stored in our app/card/partnering-app and say you are buying 500,000 IDR worth of drinks for you and your friends so that's about 0.0096 (random approximation). So 0.0096btc will be sold to an instant buyer or the exchange for 500,000 IDR. - this is all done when you use our app to scan the QR code of our smart device in the cafe or use our smart pass card (like a bank card) and swipe it with the smart device.
