Guys can somebody please tell me how to check if the old ERC23 got out of my address or the transaction is stuck somehow. My address is 0x4175C68548575086DD875a4D3666b9452F9DC57d

The block explorer is not showing ERC23 tokens so I am totally lost Dev has said he did not receive my tokens and yet they are not in my balance
