Lots of wallets connect through IRC to find nodes. If you put such a wallet through a heuristic virus scanner it's gonna get flagged. Probably it shares some code with actual viruses abusing IRC.
Well, you're right. If the wallet uses IRC to find nodes, then, no reason to be worried, i guess ?
I'll go with three angry lemurs viciously guarding it ... dont take my ethd! And make little guard uniforms for the lemurs.
