but high withdrawal fee would make people even more not wanting to make deposits

we get charged twice if we want to withdraw BTC to outside wallet
0.001 waves fee (this is very small) for processing transaction on waves blockchain and
0.001 gateway fee in BTC (this one I asked) for actual transaction on bitcoin blockchain
