@bitcasino.io are You here to help? if yes then please try to do this by contact with Your team to check the case... You dont reply to my personal message', replying only here telling to use askgamblers (which didn't approve my case probably because of Your contact with them to avoid posting the case ?) or to sue You in curacao - yes if this is the only chance I will sue you but before this final step I'd like to try fix this without court!
Thanks
is he here to help? seriously, you want a casino representative help you to get 20 bitcoins from them

this is one of the funniest things I've heard in a while
despite borderline scam bonus terms,if they can prove you opened multiple accounts to claim their bonuses
then you are in violation of their TOS and as much as I hate when casinos do not pay jackpots or big winnings
I don't think you will be able to get anything from them, but this topic will sevre as a warning to all who are depositing there
p.s. the third party that is directly associated with the casino can't be considered neutral
Why is this a warning to others not to deposit here? The guy clearly tried to cheat the system, by creating multiple accounts and that is against the ToS of the site. You cannot expect people to back you, if you tried to cheat the system and you got caught. If you were caught doing this in Brick n Mortar casinos, you would be bleeding on the side of the pavement in some back alley, back in the day.
These days, you are just escorted out of the premises and banned from the casino. If you lucky, the Police will not get involved in this. ^hmmmmm^
because their bonus system is questionable,to put it mildly
it is not because the guy has cheated them, which we do not know,it is what casino says he did
maybe he did,BUT the way their bonus system works and the way they handle disputes
hey,go to one of our affiliate sites and ask if we were right to hold your 20 btc winnings... it is as if Israel would direct palestinians to resolve conflicts to one of the synagogues
Did the complainant dispute the claim from BitCasino that the complainant created several accounts to exploit the Bonus system? The ToS specifically states that multiple accounts may not be used to exploit the Bonus system.
Could BitCasino have handled this in a more "Preventative" manner? Yes, I think they should have had controls in place to detect multiple account creation methods. < I do not know how they handle this, but it is clearly a problem, if they only detect this when people hit large bonuses >
This is similar to Insurance claims. The insurance company accept your monthly insurance payments without any disputes, but when you claim, they go through the contract with a fine comb to find ways not to pay you for your damages.
I agree, this will not go off well with most people, because they will feel like the victims. < In this case, the victim wanted to cheat the system, or so it seems and it failed >
