It depends mostly on you. If you want to secure your fund right now then I would recommend you to buy hardware wallet as soon as possible. One should note that Trezor 2 might be like Ledger Blue. It can be more expensive but you will be able to pay a cheaper one (Ledger Nano S). Touch displays aren't cheap so I don't think it will be affordable for small amount of bitcoin. I'll try to read more about Trezor 2 but I would go for Ledger Blue if it was for the same price.
