I am currently in discussions with what I see is a valued member of this forum to assist in verifying I am not blowing smoke, also if you are interested see if John K will somehow faciliate the transfer that will be acceptable.  Again I am not interested in your 1 BTC but just getting enough info so I can tell youre not blowing smoke (yes I will be calling you to check) prior to telling John K to release or me resending you your BTC if you choose that option.

At a minimum you must provide:
Model
Year
Engine hours
Airframe hours
Propeller hours
Condition paint/interior
State registered
Avionics

This will all be provided upon verification, also pictures, an older youtube video from prior salesperson, along with my name, address and telephone number, also online contact info, as this deal will need to be down in person with owner.  After that if you are interested log books and such.

This is just a joke, you only speak about your comission and how rich are you going to be after selling the plane... but you're not caring about the customer, no photos, no specs, no nothing.

And of course with 10% fee.  Huh

The 10% fee will cover Bitpay, the commission I would get (just like a home realtor - standard practice in aircraft brokage), and him an extra % on top of planes cost for doing Bitcoins.

Remember not all people are against Fiat and the Federal Government.  Some just look at BTC as another diversification in their portofolio.

If you want to pay cash (check once cleared) again that is preferred and there would not be a 10% fee, just straight cash homey.
Makes no sense.  Cash no fee then where do you get your commission?  The cost of taking BTC to USD is 1%, not 5%, 10% or whatever.  Just be honest, say you are taking X fee on top of the price.

Are you worried that someone will try to buy the plane directly from the seller?  Have a contract or understanding (if you trust the owner) that you get paid if you sell it.  But you should be able to publish the model of the plane, being worried about the risk of someone finding the owner indicates something is fishy.
