I do not understand the developers of this coin! application for an excellent coin and such a lousy exchange .... worse than the stock exchange does not happen! it is no longer possible to pay unfortunate 3-5 bitcoins and go to a decent stock exchange ... maybe two?!?! very strange all! people have an interest and they just can not buy a coin))) apparently all do not care ... gentlemen who agree with me leave a couple lines in confirming my words below or just put a sign + .. the first time I see such greedy developers)) thanks 
Nova has some problems due to DDoS thats beyond the control of the devs. And I think its allowing registrations intermittently, you just gotta keep trying. mate, I dont see how that makes the Devs greedy?
As far as i know other exchanges are planned, cryptopia increased listing fees to 9 btc. Thats quite high and not just VIVO, but a few other coins (that I follow/mine) are also holding back their listing for the same reason.
Most of the other big exchanges take on coins based on community voting/picked based on the adoption of a coin. Why dont you join the coin community on Discord/telegram and see what the community can do for the coin?
Btw, as a short term solution the coin is listed on coinsmarkets.com - although I have to say, the vol is low there.
What exchanges do you have in mind? And have you done some checks to see how to get them listed? If yes, please share so the community and devs can take that on board.
