I'm having issues with Poloniex and I really need help.

I'm not able to access my account and I really don't know what to do and why my account is locked. I created a ticket on Poloniex support system but I didn't hear from them for 7 days.

I also sent a tweet about my situation and I also didn't hear over that channel.

I sent a couple of messages over their support system. I sent my photo ID, photo, passport as an attachment just to speed up the process and it did not change anything.

I got 1500 LBC on my account and it is really frustrating. There is nothing suspicious with my account, I'm just a simple miner who mines LBC all the time. I don't even trade regularly.

What do you suggest? What should I do? Can anyone guide me about my problem?
