Telegram has a PC browser addition aswell. You can also send an email to hello@rakugo.co so we can effectively collect your data , if needed:)
What is true, but also while registering (or try to) for that Telegram will request you mobile number and tell you that you´ll need Android or iPhone already for the registration... anyway I wrote to hello@... and hope everything will be fine...
Anyway I just saw (today) that both my entries are missing on the current spreadsheet, so I guess somebody is setting up a new one!?
