What is a soft cap and a hard cap?
Soft cap is normaly the cap with the amount of "investments" the project needs at a minimum to get working. The hard cap is normaly the cap with the maximum "investments" which are possible. If it is for example 100,000 ETH, then the ICO will end automaticly after reaching 100,000 ETH even if there would be still time to invest.
And what happens if the soft cap is not reached?
it can call "Plan B". we can talk another topic, not only about not reach soft cap.
The TEAM already said that they are fine with what they got so far and what they will raise until ICO ends. They will just adjust the plan to the raised amount of ETH.
