For all practical purposes, this pre-ICO is quasi-closed, meaning sans hard-selling if anybody desires to procure PAQs on the cheap prior to launching our official ICO beginning no later than October 1, 2017, offered then at a price point of no less than U$10 each, you can do such for U$2 each (no limit) or at U$1 each if purchasing 100 PAQs or more. Again, all purchase amounts will be refunded to buyers plus 100% interest at the end of our ICO on October 31, 2017.
