I think the same scammers from Nexus Social coin are behind this.
Nexus Social had spam ads all over Google search with things like 'NO 1 ICO of 2017, Huge bonus available' '30-40℅ only today' 'Hottest ICO of 2017'
And now just google this ICO name and you can see the same ads being shown.

"In fact we were recognized by Asia Pacific Pty group as a mode of payment"
Oh Really?? How can you be recognized for anything when you don't gave an active product and also when conducting an ICO in the first place?
