Unstable? I would say normal, it is crypto. The reason is the ICO flood. New Icos coming faster, than the crypto community grows. And you can not participate in every ICO. Therefore the total amount wich is allready raised, is a huge success. Just my two cents...
The ICO flood will be instoppable for now. Everyone is getting there idea out and is trying to get as much funding as possible.
There arent much ICO's that raised as much as REAL is doing now, this means this ICO is good to invest! Solid project and team.
