yes. and, when soft cap not reach, they will re-adjust the plan.
hope they reach cap in next week. 16 M more to sell.

What is a soft cap and a hard cap?

Soft cap is normaly the cap with the amount of "investments" the project needs at a minimum to get working. The hard cap is normaly the cap with the maximum "investments" which are possible. If it is for example 100,000 ETH, then the ICO will end automaticly after reaching 100,000 ETH even if there would be still time to invest.

And what happens if the soft cap is not reached?

they will continue the project even if they will not reach the soft cap. the might be re adjust something of the what they have already planned. but the project will continue.

Everything will be fine, there is no need to worry about REAL ICO. Just give it a little time, people will invest and everyone will have nice return from this project Cool
