I have an issue with my July 21 order shipped on july 27th.

It arrived around Aug 2  and was mining fine until today.

I am testing it with my aug 6th order.

I see that the miner does not start with either controller  but the august 6th order starts with both controllers.

the miner does not start with board a connected
the miner does not start with board b connected.
the miner does not start with a and b connected.

so both hash boards died
or the daughter board in the miner is dead

I posted a support ticket to canaan.io

I really would love to get a daughter board sent asap and see if that is what is broken
