It's not about higher ROI, it's more about investing in something that has a nice and stable ROI. Bitcoin, ethereum and others could crash by 50% in a month, real estate not so much.

We're going to be paid in ETH anyway Cheesy. Imagine if there will be a month with an ETH dip (and sure this happens) and you'll sell them only when ETH is bullish, can we talk about a double profit? As you can see ROI can be also exponential

As we are speaking about this. If we get paid in ETH and for example there is such a crash in price, do we get more ETH in this month because of the cheaper ETH price? Or are the payments on a fix rate of ETH?
