Not reaching hard cap is always better from the investors point of view... I mean the shot term investing...
I don't know if that's the case. If there's high demand and the ICO gets sold out, then the demand will be great when the token gets listed.
Well that's also true, but that depends on the hard cap and if it isn't too greedy to begin with. In this case it's not greedy at all.
