You forget that the people affected by the bounty program is 1% of all token holders. The serious investors that put in millions probably dont care much about the whole affair of bounty payments.

There was no problem with the investors payments, and they all got paid quickly. The bounty program was a last minute addition to their ICO which was only added due to popular demand. The ICO would have been successful with or without it, they only did it because so many people requested a bounty.
