how real tokens dividends system will work and i think our tokens should be on system will hold or parked or something like that real system work. do you know about that?  

when you investing your REAL token on real platform, you will get devidends from their renting and selling real estate.
To get dividends, first you will have to invest those Real tokens to a real estate by your choose on their platform. Only they you will be eligible to dividends.
