I think people who want to sell their EON before the launch should get a chance to do that now. Last year ICONOMI did the account swap for the bounty participants who wanted to sell their coin before the launch. Excudo team can offer their users in the same way.

By doing that, all bounty dumpers will dump their share earlier and we can see a good market price from the 1st day. Because only real supporter will hold their EON.

Its true that buying back the tokens supposedly dumped by dumpers can save the investment of the ICO participants, these tokens will also be owned by the team which they themselves can dump it which they can manipulate easily since they know when to send out news for the price to spike. They can offer to buy back from dumpers but I hope only few will sell it to them.
