Did you open a ticket? I have had many problems with deposits not being credited or withdrawals not being sent out over the years, but they always fixed it when i opened a ticket. Their system in the english version website is like from the 1990's --- but it works! I always get a response in 24 hours or less (albeit in hard-to-decipher google translated english, ha). I'll take that any day over 4 months for a response from Poloniex. So sad to see them closing down
