So to understand this correctly, COLX "Should" be completely working on NOVA so swaps will be able to begin, correct?  Doesn't the COLX coin have to be listed on NOVA first for this to happen?  Also, who is paying for the listing of the COLX coin at NOVA?  Can anyone with direct knowledge answer these questions?  Thanks.
