To me it's fairly obvious why the price is dropping today... everyone just got their onions!
Non believers are selling for a quick profit. Price will probably creep back up during the week up until next Friday again where the cycle will repeat.

It's natural after a big distribution. The non-believers will realize their mistake when they see that they can't get those Onions back. There just isn't enough supply on the market.
I'm also seeing with this BTCUSD bounce that alts are recovering very nicely. I think we should see Onions rise in value over the next week or two. And over the next year or two.
