That stinks... Now it seems like there is no good way to get USD in and out of the system... 
I'd recommend switching to CampBx or Coinbase. Both are easy to move money in and out. Not sure how long Dwolla will still be available at CampBx, but for now it works great and it is instant unlike at Mt.Gox where there were significant delays.
Dwolla should be able to continue relations with Camp Bx since they are both registered USA companies. Because MtGox never registered with the USA is the reason why Homeland security pinched that relationship. Also, I expect further things to occur since it was clearly a product of an underlying investigation. There are other motives at play here and the buck unfortunately does not stop here. Homeland Security has much bigger mission in play. Catching terrorists is just a small part of their mandate.
