we have SSL certified, we just upgraded to cloudfare - DDOS protection as well, that is why we had to switch it off for a couple of hours.
This guy is a joke.
We use Twitter Bootstrap for UI [http://getbootstrap.com/docs/3.3/getting-started/#download-cdn] and the js file "bootstrap.min.js" is by default part of the Bootstrap framework, however we did not use it for any functionality on the site and any access to the javascript files has been removed from the website code.
thw custom js was used for some ui functions in their site like showing modal, adjusting color of navbar etc. we did not use it.
