i was playing with the wallet and now i got some whalecoins?
am i now mining ?? and testnetwork is this real network or is it test environments and the coins are not real

once you have created a wallet, you will need to download a miner and connect to a pool. once connected, thats when coins will start to appear.

i am using windows 10 , an poor gpu (ati hd4300
) i was curious about the mining ..... 
not familiar with hd4300, it looks like a laptop GPU? i highly discourage you from using a laptop when mining because it will become extremely hot (which may shorten the life of your laptop).
also, hd4300 is probably is not powerful enough. i did a search and looks like that model has 512MB memory? you will need at least 2GB GPU memory to mine whalecoin.
