I looked everywhere on etherdelta and I don't see it. Maybe he's just an etherdelta advertising account.

I actually do not trust etherdelta just yet. They require you to input personal key for myetherwallet which is a no go for me. That beeing said it seems they are honest site and your key should be only in your browser cache. But i will check some more before comiting my key.
It would be nice if you bother to read at least few pages back before releting me to etherdelta just because you are unable to find HOWL there. I did not know they even existed before this thread. But I read whole treads releted to coins i am interested in. That is just common sense.
