Actually, the ICO ban suggests regulation will be coming, which is potentially great for NEO, as it seems all-but-sanctified by China already. Perhaps Chinese regulation will begin by allowing certain ICOs *only on NEO* for China's 1.4 billion citizens in China, the world 2nd largest fastest growing economy.

If this is true about China, NEO will explode. But I will not believe it, until Chinese government announce it official. 'will begin by allowing certain ICOs' is just a speculation, used for pumping. Like most of the forum posts. Beside this, I like NEO and NEO mechanism for smart contracts.
