I reported an issue and got an email which had this at the bottom:

Follow this link to view the status of your case and add additional comments:

But that link just shows me the front page ( http://support.bitinstant.com/ )

I'm confused about that. Is it some transient error (is the same for several days now) that will "fix itself" in a while? Or is something really wrong?
