I have following proofs now: (have them as pics which I took during the visit) the hard facts
1) german passport, with ID number, picture
2) Meldunsgbestätigung Einwohnermeldeamt. (certification of registartion of city Hamburg)
3) formation of a company documents from notary public and adress. This information will show up in a couple of days also in the Handelsregister(Company Registry) in Hamburg. The clients will order directly from this company the boards.

I know you would want to see them, but i don't think its safe to post personal information as passaports, id, etc here for everyone to steal.
You don't want your friend to go to jail because some drug dealer copied his passport :p
Of course, I mean the appropriately redacted versions...
To make sure this works with a german passport, you will have to redact everything other than the name...
I would wait a few days and then in fact let someone get a copy of the Handelsregister. Everything important is in there. And it won't create any problems for burnin. That is actually what most companies do when they do B2B over here.
I agree with Schrankwand. If you don't have enough confidence in Burnin then there's really no compulsion to order. I do/will though
If you want clearly documented proof of who people are before you buy then I suggest you order from BFL, then just wait 2
