What is the good thing from waiting 30 september ? China has ban ICO. The will shut down exchange but exchanger based in china will be moved to other country. Btcc and okcoin has declared it in their twitter. Also this crypto not made for china. It is made for all people all over the world.
Yes i know it too, some china exchanger will shut down their service. doubt there will be another news/thing coming out, as china was banned ICO and any rumor after that just a fud.
There's still november (segwit2x), so maybe we must wait until december
