is number on real estate website update everytick? I still see 35k eth. same as last week
It was 35,888 ETH a few hours ago. It is 35,915 now. Looks like it is updated at least today. Just the rate of investments has slowed down in the past week.
Investments always slow down when they are reaching the last days of the ICO, then the last day is the one time most people invest, seriously, they would think to get bonus, but they rather wait for the project to actually get funds to be sure they reach the cap, and REAL has achieved the min cap, so they should be investing more soon.
It looks like some people indeed tend to wait till the end of an ICO before they invest. I can understand it a bit. In this way they can see how the community reacts to the project. A strong community can help to make a good project a great (and profitable) one.
