Are you 100% Sure it works with bingads? Bingads doesn't accept PREPAID cards.

Yes.. Bingads doesn't work mostly prepaid card .my vcc is work at bingads .
how much will it cost me to create each vcc with ur method? Also what are the other requirements like which ip and address to use and does it need phone verification etc.?
