Third question: I'm staking coins for 1 week now, and now my staking status is: "You don't staking because you don't have mature coins" Why? What happend? I've got 20 milion iflt coins now which are spendable.

The staking should switch back to mature if it hasn't already as long as your wallet is online and connected to peers, though just in case the repairwallet command from the debug console will reset the staking monitor and everything should allocate normally from there.
