Can you tell us, how exactly do every GDTpool member contribute to the pool ?
How many LSK do they send to the pool for each block they forge ?
Every forging GDT contributes to the pool sending at least 150 LSK every week.
GDTpool is only 3 months old, in the first month we rewarded our voters with 300 LSK / day.
In the 2nd month we upped it to 400/day and this month to 500/day.
Okay.
150 LSK per delegate/GDTmember per week.
And how many LSK does one delegate earn each week forging ? How many blocks are forged by one individual delegate each week ?
Tell me if i'm wrong :
10s per block / 6 blocks per minute / 360 blocks per hour / 8640 blocks per day / 60480 blocks per week.
Let's say each delegate forges the exact same number of blocks. 600 blocks per week per delegate on average ?
That's... yes : 3000 LSK per week. Giving 150 LSK per week = 5% sharing.
5%, guys. Are you kidding us ?
If you keep giving 150 LSK a week per delegate, voting for you could be interesting when forging give 1 LSK per block. In 4 years i'll reconsider
And you're telling us that "usually", each month, there's a change on the list and what ? We have to change our vote every month, which means votepaying 1.1 LSK ?
Yes. 1 month ago philhellmuth joined GDT. He is now the Irish embassador organizing meetups to spread awereness and a known and valuable asset to Lisk.
This month we added Vekexasia. He is a develover that already solved some Lisk bugs, you can see his contributions on Github.
We hope to have him forging soon so he can continue to dedicate his time to Lisk development and gets us closer to the SDK and the Apps.
Next month we will add 5an1ty and joo5ty. Both known members of the community, 5an1ty beeing another talented developer and joo5ty a strong Lisk supporter very active in the community.
So yes, it does cost 1 Lisk and Lisk is getting expensive, but the fees will be reduced (it was already promissed by LISKHQ and we hope it happens soon).
Until then, its well worth spending 1 Lisk every month if it helps to make GDT stronger.
Note that we are not just adding new members, some of our old members are leaving due to their poor contributions to Lisk. We are trying to keep our number of delegates at 32-33.
1/3 of the Network beeing supported by trusted individuals with diferent skill sets is a good thing in our view.
I think all Lisk supporters should see the importance of having valuable individuals taking care of Lisk, people that can be contacted at any time and are ready to build on Lisk, intead of the ones
that are just sharing profits to take some for themselfs, with no contributions to the echosystem.
In the end, thats whats going to make Lisk worth $100

Me and lots of people here barely even get 2 LSK a month. Even when one get, say, 10 LSK a month, that's not worth it. Only whales can afford to vote for you...
And even with bigger rewards a month, i won't votepay to keep my votes up-to-date with your unstable member list, to support so many people who keep nearly 90% (or even more) of their forging outputs for their own wealth.
There are ONLY 101 delegates, and i think giving one third of this forging power to 1 POOL only is a very big mistake, moreover when this pool at a whole clearly doesn't want to share its rewards with voters/LSK owners.
I think LSK needs :
More delegates (1000)
Lower voting fees
A mininum sharing of 50% per delegate
