Could you give us some clue about what "well done offset" means? I suppose you mean to change voltages on rom, but I've done a lot of tests (even including a new offset and changing the entire voltage table) and I haven't achieved very good results... I'm using rx 580 8g (two pulse and two nitro se)

You must manually add offset to the vbios and then play with it. Every card is different. I do have also Sapphire Pulse, and those are fast but power hungry. Some GPUs will take -150 mV and be perfectly stable, others won't run with as low as 25 mV.
