where is STRATIS trading nowadays?

There is poloniex, bittrex, Bitylicious, and most recently Binance. Pick what is convenient for you and hold your stratis.

Don't know, no fiat exchanges list Stratis, but you can wire transfer to buy bitcoin in bitfinex, and then withdraw and buy stratis in polo or trex.
