I’m an inventor not familiar with ico's. I’m here looking into Loci use the blockchain and its ability to store and stamp intellectual property “ ideas” thereby giving them marketability.
However if I’m understanding this right loci coin will be initionaly offersd at 30% less than it’s guaranteed lowest price with the potential of going significantly higher.  That sounds good to me. How can i loose?
