Im think thats a short term whales pump in Encryptotel in WavesDex only.But the price of Encryptotel is unbalanced until now , hope dev make something to solved that. and i just realised after your posting that the price really had changed a lot:

Actually, it is the best time to buy more Encryptotel Token while it is cheap. It will be a history if it pumps up and we don't have any chance to buy it again for a cheap price. Best strategy is to buy more cheap and has potential in the future.
Adding some high potential project on your portfolio would be a great strategy at all.
