Hi Kraken support, I attempted to withdraw all USD from my Kraken account twice, but both failed. There is only a "failure" message in status column, and I don't the reason. Can you give more information on that, or reply the ticket #703496 directly
I got the response from Kraken saying it's a temporary technical problem for USD withdrawal and they need undetermined time to address it. What does that means, how long will I wait, days? weeks? months? It's an urgent issue that need to be fixed as soon as possible.
