Onehash has this kind of betting but you have to make an account first. They also have it for other altcoin like eth and litecoin. The minimum bet is set to 0.0002 btc that's the default amount when you visit the page. Good luck on your bets.

Actually, i am only play gambling with bitcoin, and avoid to play other altcoins, but i think i also try to play in others altcoins only for testing, and it minimum bet 0.0002 btc is affordable then better to try it, and let start to play gambling with altcoin.
