Damn MtGox! Grrrrr!

Hi All,

I sent MtGox a wire transfer from the UK (Natwest) on the 13th. I used the standard option (not fast tracked) and it should of arrived on the 17th judging by previous transaction times.

I have been emailing Mt Gox and have received the usual fantastic responses -

Fri 17th
"We will check and update you on the status of the transaction."

Sat 18th
"Sorry for the delay.The transaction is yet to reflect and is in middle of Banking procedure .We will continue to check and update you on the status."

Mon 20th
"Sorry for the delay.We will check with our developer and will keep you updated."
"We will keep you posted on this.We appreciate your patience."
 
Tue 21st
"Sorry for the delay.We request you to wait for the update."
"Sorry for the delay.Will update you once I receive an update from our developer on this."

Does everyone else get the same vague response? Is anyone else having issue with UK (or any other) transfers at the moment?

This was the same guy on their helpdesk who I had a painful experience with last Christmas. I'm seriously considering moving from these guys as this is ridiculous.
