Hi guys. I got my l3+ on the sept batch 
But i have this problem when I turn it on it mine only for 10~15 minutes and then the hashrate drops to 0 :/ Do you know what can be the cause?

FAN RPM before crash is__________??
The xxx are shown after the crash cos the miner still works and fans are still working well temp is around 50*C so they're not dead.
