Hi, will this method removed the 21 days hold from a newly created ebay and paypal account and will it also increase the ebay selling limit? If do then I can get this method.

However,the Ebay limit are lifted gradually over a period of time when more item are sold. I can also help with lifting of this limitation but, it requires time unlike paypal limitation.
