Do I understand this right?
If I buy from Yobit the BUZZ coin, and I withdraw from them into my own desktop wallet, will I be charged that tx fee of 25% by moving BUZZ out of Yobit and into my wallet? If I withdraw a 1,000,000 BUZZ from Yobit, I will receive only 750,000 in my wallet?

I know dev is busy solving the problem. But i'm confused regarding the tx fee. Can anyone answer me on this?
txfee was reduced after next fork, so the answer is no, you will get more if you transfer from exchange to wallet and back as well
no 25% txfee anymore.

It is not clear to me... How much is the new tx fee? if not 25%, is it 50,000 BUZZ?
