You always have to have two options sweetheart, you do not ever know if you can lose it, especially if you are living in a country where cash is scarce and crime abounds. Having a plan B is always necessary. 
Don't you ever blame a country's state over crime, that is just plainly being unaware and just being a fool. Why are you even insulting a country for that, the crime rate of a country has nothing to do with this, you see it is merely mainly in human error. And do really a country where 'cash is scarce and crime bound' even exist? I think you're just exaggerating.
