If they are getting help with the design layout from an outside source, like an actual marketing firm.  Minimum of a week or two most likely.  I would guess two or maybe more before they would get it back for them to preview.  Then it would have to be posted after that.  My guess, and it is just a guess, we are probably looking about three weeks turnaround for a new version.  But that is just a guess from how long it usually takes my company to submit a request, receive first copy, submit changes, and then get back final drafts.
