Some want exchange right now, others want to wait! 
Not many have swapped yet, listing now might push people to swap quicker. But might not, and then so few coins available!
The thing about waiting some time is allowing more people to swap and setup more MN's and staking.
Yeah, it's tricky, even if we get PHR added to masternodes.pro, people will become interested but then have no easy way of acquiring PHR.
Perhaps getting added to an exchange should be first on the list. But I wonder if it makes sense to wait until the swap is complete.

We should try adding PHORE to https://masternodes.pro/ to get more exposure and there by more users interested.
