This transaction has been showing in my wallet since 24/09 as the screenshot shows. However, in the block explorer it shows as 2017-09-27 02:26:14.

This transaction which occured two days after the first one has 300+ confirmations and the date / time stamp is correct.

Whats going on here?

Each day we have approximately 640 new blocks. So you'll need only 1 day to get next staking reward. Your wallet may be not up to date or some display bug as cryptonit said above.
